The client requested a complete renovation of a 4,500 sq. ft. penthouse in Beverly Hills. The goal was to build a warm, minimalist space utilizing high-end raw finishes, gold trims, and bespoke lighting fixtures to emphasize the panoramic city landscape views.
We created an open-plan configuration, removing visual blockages to align the kitchen, lounge, and dining suites directly with the terrace glazing. A palette of muted beige, dark charcoal oak veneers, and polished Calacatta brass-inlaid marble slabs was specified.
Carefully mapped configuration prioritizing airflow, window perspectives, and open movement. Click to enlarge visual layout.
